You Will

  • Be our day-to-day in-house SEO/LSO/SEM expert and integrate best practices in every project.
  • Define and implement SEO/LSO/SEM strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase visibility.
  • Measure and optimize overall SEO/LSO/SEM program success.
  • Monitor organic search performance of TG properties, our clients and top competitor sites.
  • Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking and monitor and measure search positioning.
  • Partner with content team to determine and prioritize content topics, manage internal and external teams to generate content and determine optimal placement.
  • Partner to monitor, evaluate and report on metrics across our properties and optimize and adjust types of content in response to data.
  • Partner with content team to evolve site architecture, navigation and multiple properties to drive organic growth and preserve positive user experiences.
  • Develop A/B testing strategy for our overarching SEO/LSO/SEM practices.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing SEO, LSO and SEM campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing SEO/LSO/SEM projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to hypothesize and analyze root causes and make data-driven recommendations regarding solutions and opportunities
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets with key performance metrics with an understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Experience optimizing dynamic content for database-driven websites
  • Understanding of technical side of SEO and LSO, including site architecture, schemas, HTTPS and more
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and impeccable organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying focused, organized and driven to move the needle
  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment where active, hands-on management is the norm and plans are often adjusted to take advantage of new opportunities
  • Stay ahead of advances in SEO/LSO and act as a SME (subject matter expert) to members of the traffic generation team
  • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past and projected trends in the SEO/LSO/SEM industry
  • Experience with keyword research
  • Experience analyzing analytics data and providing recommendations for SEO/LSO/SEM campaigns
  • Experience with SEO/LSO/SEM tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Counsel, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Yext
  • Experience managing your own Google AdWords clients/accounts
