- Communicate with clients daily, discuss business goals and opportunities for digital successes
- Gather assignments, establish project goals and opportunities for digital success
- Communicate with production and project management team as it relates to goals, sprint timing, budget/client reviews
- Host internal and client project kick-offs, milestones, and project post-mortems with Project Managers and production team, measuring against goals, budget and timeline
- Partner to present deliverables against goals and KPIs upon project completion
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years digital marketing account management experience or 2+ years digital agency experience
- Ability to listen, synthesize assignments, measure results and seamlessly pivot to address opportunity areas
- Thrive on nurturing client relationships and going ‘above and beyond’
- Working knowledge of the digital marketing space and trends (web, social, SEO, analytics)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset
- Well known for your people skills and congeniality, while maintaining a focus on results
- Give and receive open, honest critical feedback
