What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Support Client Relationships: Assist Account Managers in maintaining strong, productive client partnerships. Help with meeting preparation, reporting, and day-to-day communication to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
  • Coordinate Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for updates and information, ensuring clients and internal teams are aligned. Know when to escalate questions or challenges to the right team member.
  • Support New Business Outreach: Assist the New Business team by ensuring the CRM is updated with accurate, organized prospect information. Help prepare outreach lists and maintain data quality to enable efficient and effective outbound efforts.
  • Be a Problem-Solver: Approach each task with a solutions-oriented mindset. Work with team members to identify creative ways to overcome challenges and deliver results.
  • Assist in Turning Goals into Action: Help translate client objectives into actionable tasks by supporting project setup, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Balance Priorities: Learn how to advocate for client needs while also supporting agency processes, efficiency, and team collaboration.
  • Participate in Meetings: Join client calls, take notes, and contribute updates. Gain confidence in leading portions of discussions and sharing results.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with project managers, strategists, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless integration and effective execution. Help ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and aligned with client goals.
  • Grow Through Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from Account Managers and agency leadership, with clear opportunities to grow into more senior roles over time.

What Sets You Up for Success

  • St. Louis, Missouri-based candidates only
  • Ability to travel to TG HQ in Creve Coeur, MO, and client locations in the greater St. Louis area
  • 1–2 years of professional experience (internships, marketing, communications, or client-facing roles preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in emails, phone calls, and video calls
  • Eagerness to learn digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, websites, analytics, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Positive, professional, and client-focused demeanor
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distraction-free environment, fully engaged on camera for virtual meetings
  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to support growth
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and passion for helping clients and teammates succeed
  • Nice to Have: experience with CRM tools, project management platforms, or reporting dashboards
