You Will
- Work closely with account, strategy, creative, and development teams to drive project plans, and schedules per TG established sprint plans.
- Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, with all key stakeholders informed and expectations managed.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and project milestones are delivered to agreed timelines and quality levels
- Analyze project requirements, develop iteration plans, and assess opportunities for improvement
- Develop risk management and mitigation strategies; identify scope creep
- Communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders
- Routinely interface with clients, agency leaders, and internal team members
- Be a proactive thinker with an attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and a drive for results
- Support recognition for ‘wins’ in your team’s success(s) and also identify opportunities for improvement
- Engage and collaborate as a problem solver looking for a solution-based outcome in every project obstacle
- Support the creative team in the pursuit of delivering the highest level of digital work to each client/project
- Manage budget tracking for out-of-pocket costs and agency hours
Requirements
- 2+ years working as a project manager with a digital/interactive agency
- Ability to listen, synthesize assignments, measure results, and seamlessly pivot to address new tasks and directions
- Solid understanding of print, production, web design, development, digital media, and managing retainer client budgets.
- Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, etc.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and a team-oriented mindset
- You can give/receive open, honest, & critical feedback
- You are a friendly, positive team player who is eager and proactive
- You have experience with client-facing presentation skills
- You are known for getting things done, regardless of the challenge, and can operate in an agile manner
