You Will
- Write, edit and revise compelling copy for web, email, print and social media channels
- Work from concept to completion to ensure effective copy is created for each project and client
- Leverage feedback to build compelling narratives with clearly communicated goals
- Be mentored by key members of the content and creative teams
- Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a drive for results in each task
- Show a strong understanding of and ability to edit and proof work for all departments
- Be curious and consistently willing to learn new things beyond the job description
- Thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Communicate clearly while working on multiple projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience writing various forms of copy and content across different media
- Completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in creative writing, journalism, or communications
- Elevated skillset in copywriting, content writing, and editing
- Ability to be resourceful and innovate solutions for complex problems individually and as part of a team
- Strong intrinsic motivation to work diligently under tight deadlines
- All-around passion for content marketing and the creative industry
- Interest in the development of systems and processes that replicate success for our team and our clients
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Preferred working knowledge of AP Style or other style guide
- Cursory knowledge WordPress CMS a plus
