You Will

  • Write, edit and revise compelling copy for web, email, print and social media channels
  • Work from concept to completion to ensure effective copy is created for each project and client
  • Leverage feedback to build compelling narratives with clearly communicated goals
  • Be mentored by key members of the content and creative teams
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a drive for results in each task
  • Show a strong understanding of and ability to edit and proof work for all departments
  • Be curious and consistently willing to learn new things beyond the job description
  • Thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Communicate clearly while working on multiple projects


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience writing various forms of copy and content across different media
  • Completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in creative writing, journalism, or communications
  • Elevated skillset in copywriting, content writing, and editing
  • Ability to be resourceful and innovate solutions for complex problems individually and as part of a team
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to work diligently under tight deadlines
  • All-around passion for content marketing and the creative industry
  • Interest in the development of systems and processes that replicate success for our team and our clients
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Preferred working knowledge of AP Style or other style guide
  • Cursory knowledge WordPress CMS a plus
